Puglia, Italy

Puglia. A breathtakingly gorgeous region located at the heel of Italy’s boot, and by far, the most impressive and enchanting. Puglia holds her secrets quietly in her hands, concealing roughly 800 kilometers of Adriatic and Ionian coastlines. Amid spans of olive groves, fig trees, fresh seafood, farm-to-table freshness, and cheeses that could easily turn up noses toward the North, Puglia has me enchanted. This Italian road trip from Rome to Puglia was met with wonderful times with Alex's college buddies, Edu and Albi, and their wonderful spouses, Silvana and Ele. The food, company, and sites have made this place magical.
